With a capacity for 1000 people, this room is oriented for big events. With a stage of 57 m2, it is the ideal room for live music lovers and old fans that find here an upgrade to the previous V. N. de Gaia room.

With an area of 572 m2, it is the space that encircles the other 2 rooms. It is home to exhibitions, installations and other artistic fields that belong in the space. Here you will also find, fairs and small markets, as previously done in Mercado Ferreira Borges.
