The Hard Club offers its clients a wide  range of services using high technology equipment that covers all areas of the audiovisual such as image projection, simultaneous translation, sound reproduction, audio recording, lighting, etc.

The technical team has the necessary knowledge to implement and monitor all the appropriate solutions for the production and realization of the events. It is in permanent formation and development accompanying the new technologies.

The rooms are equipped so as to allow an easy and efficient use of the most varied equipment without interference with the content of the event, being able to embrace any set of equipment necessary to carry it out.

Catering

The Hard Club is equipped with duly equipped facilities that allow to provide a quality and efficient service in the Catering area. The Coffee Break, Lunch, Port of Honor, Cocktail, Dinner and Supper services are provided based on menus tailored to the client and adapted to the specificity of each event.

We rent all the equipment and intermediary services in the Simultaneous Translation area, with selection of teams of highly qualified interpreters, with great experience in conferences of the highest level and adapted to the specificity of each event; Hostesses for Reception and Secretariat; Front of House to support the shows in the Auditoriums and Cloak Operators.

In Floral Decoration and Decoration in general, we hire the best professionals from each sector in order to guarantee the quality, originality, flexibility and good taste that characterizes our service.

Telecommunications

The whole building is designed to respond to:

- Installation of telephone lines and ISDN accesses for fax, telephone or Internet

- Installation of press centers for major events (with PCs, fax machines, telephones and internet service)

Electrical installations

All the spaces are infrastructures with a sophisticated electrical network, so as to easily be able to respond to the technical requirements of equipment and installations set up specifically for each event. The Hard Club is also equipped with a generator that does not need to interrupt a conference in case of electrical failure.

Integrated systems

The meeting rooms have natural light and artificial lighting and are equipped with air conditioning. Each room has its own equipment that controls, equipment of the latest technology, audio and video operations.

Safety

The multiplicity and diversity of events that take place in the HC forces the existence of diverse and flexible security devices, with a high capacity of response.

With means ranging from personal surveillance, to the most modern presence and fire detection technologies, including closed circuit television and access control, we have a coherent system capable of responding to the events that today most of the organizations can see confronted.

Cleaning

The Center has permanent cleaning in all spaces, which is reinforced whenever events warrant; special individual cleaning can also be contracted for stands and spaces assigned to the congresses.

Whenever necessary, we hire Fire and Ambulance teams with a medical team.
